Fast drying speed, good product performance

Spray dryer, centrifugal spray dryer and multi-nozzle spray dryer are 3 kinds of typical spray equipment. The spray direction of centrifugal spray and multi nozzle spray is horizontal or vertical (axis direction). Horizontal direction, in order to make hot air and droplets very good contact, improve drying efficiency, let hot air to form Eddy Current, so easy to produce adhesion phenomenon, adhering to the deposition of materials will produce heat denaturation and cleaning difficulties and so on. While the hot air velocity along the drying tower axis direction, the hot air streamline often the overall deviation, hot air can not be well mixed with the material, low efficiency and a partial attachment phenomenon.
