Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer Performance and Function

Vibrating fluidized bed dryers have a wide range of applications. Drying and cooling operations can be performed on powdery, granular, and other materials. For example, citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag, sugar, etc. can be used to achieve the purpose of drying. The vibration source of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is driven by a vibrating motor, which ensures smooth operation.


For the user, the operation and maintenance of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is convenient, and its operating noise is small and has a long service life. In practical applications, fluidization is well-balanced, there is no dead space and blow-through phenomenon, and uniform drying and cooling products can be obtained. For different drying requirements, it can be adjusted to achieve the desired effect and good adaptability.

The performance of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is stable and reliable. Under normal operating conditions, it can achieve high operating efficiency and has obvious energy-saving effects. Compared with ordinary drying devices, its energy saving can reach 30% to 60%. During the drying, the air is heated by the filter and the heater, and then each pipe is sent to the bottom of the small drying chamber, and the porous sieve plate enters into the drying chamber to fluidize and dry the material on the porous plate. The exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the drying chamber and discharged by the induced draft fan after cyclone separator and bag filter.


With the continuous development of the market, the technical level of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is also becoming more and more advanced. At the same time, there are more and more types and adaptable materials. In the chemical, light industry, medicine, food and other industries have been widely used. Due to the different requirements of different materials and products on drying, different forms of vibrating fluidized bed dryers have emerged.
