Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material, and the humid air is removed by the cyclone. It is discharged from the air outlet, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge port.


Compared with ordinary drying equipment, under the same drying conditions, the vibrating fluidized bed dryer has obvious energy saving advantages, up to 30%-50%. Moreover, the surface of the material is less damaged, and it can be used for drying of fragile materials, and the material particles are irregular, and the working effect is not affected. The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross-infection of materials and outside air, and the working environment is clean.


With the vibration of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer, the material can be quickly dispersed. It can be used in the fields of pharmaceutical, chemical, food and building materials, such as drying various pressed granules, boric acid, borax, benzenediol, malic acid, Maleic acid, etc.; wine trough, monosodium glutamate, sugar, salt, slag, watercress, seeds, etc.; can also be used for material cooling, humidification, etc.
