Pressure spray dryers show advantages during drying
Aug 14, 2018

In the field of drying, various dryer equipments are used more and more frequently, and the pressure spray dryers therein not only have outstanding drying effects in practical applications, but also have many other advantages. During the drying of the material, only the air inside the pressure spray dryer passes through the filter and the heater, and the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber is reached, and the hot air is evenly dispersed.

In the actual drying process, the liquid in the pressure spray dryer is first treated into extremely small mist droplets, so that it can be sufficiently contacted with hot air to achieve the purpose of drying in a very short time. Higher drying efficiencies can be achieved and are therefore particularly suitable for the drying of some heat sensitive materials.

The pressure spray dryer can not only complete the drying process in a short period of time, but also has a large amount of processing and an ideal drying effect. Compared with other dryer equipment, this pressure spray dryer has the advantage of a significant amount of water evaporation per unit time.

At the same time, in the process of actual operation, the control about it is very simple. When the user dries the liquid, it can also save some intermediate links. For example, if the moisture content of the liquid is between 40% and 60%, the equipment can be dried into a powder product at one time, and no further pulverization and screening are required, thereby improving the purity of the product.
