The spice pulverizer is a kind of equipment suitable for pulverization processing of medium and low hardness materials such as pharmaceutical, chemical, food, etc. Its pulverization fineness is adjusted between 10-120 mesh, with high output, fine grain size, low noise and energy consumption. The spice pulverizer consists of the main organic shell, machine door, turbine, main shaft, screen, pulley and motor. When moving, the motor drives the spindle and the cutter head to rotate at high speed. The grinding block on the cutter head and the screen ring constitutes a crushing and grinding pair. When the material enters the machine cavity from the hopper, the material closely rubs and strongly impacts on the inner side of the blade of the cutter head in the rotary airflow of the cutter head. And grinding again in the gap between the blade and the grinding block.

 

While the spice pulverizer pulverizes the material, the cutterhead draws in a large amount of air that acts to cool the machine, grind the material, and transport the fines. The fineness of the material pulverization depends on the nature of the material and the size of the screen, as well as the throughput of the material and air.

 

Practice has proved that the spice pulverizer not only has strong pulverizing ability, low energy consumption, and relatively small product fineness; and the smashing space is large, and the high-strength wind pressure generated during the operation of the cutter head can not only improve the production capacity, but also reduce the over-grinding phenomenon. Effectively avoiding the deposition and clogging of the screen during the pulverization process of the material. In addition, since it strengthens the shearing, the pulverizing ability for the fibrous material is higher than that of the general equipment.
