The Plate Drying Equipment can be operated continuously with high thermal efficiency. The whole equipment is mainly dried by conductive heat transfer. During the drying process, only a very small amount of air is introduced into the dryer. The exhaust gas is small, so its thermal efficiency can reach more than 65%.

The Plate Drying Equipment has low noise and low power consumption. During operation, its material layer is thin during the drying process, and the spindle rotation speed during operation is low. To a certain extent, the material transmission system needs low power and electricity. The consumption is small, and the power consumption of the complete drying device of the equipment is only 1/5 to 1/7 of the power consumption of the convection heat transfer device, and the noise is very small.

The material of the tray drying equipment is very uniform when it is heated, and the drying time is short. During the operation, the material in the drying process tumbling along the trajectory of the Archimedes spiral motion in the drying tray. The distance traveled by the material is 5 times the radius of the drying plate, and it falls down layer by layer. Therefore, the time for the material to contact the heating plate is basically the same and the heat is even.

The disc type drying equipment has small material loss, good environmental protection, and large drying capacity during operation. The equipment can be operated in a closed and continuous manner. During operation, the labor intensity of its workers is low. During the drying process, the medium can utilize the steam generated by the waste heat boiler, thereby saving a large amount of coal. Product quality is stable.
